Yukari Kumugai is the founder of Dolce Deco, creates very exqusite and amazing deco accessories. She conducts classes in Tokyo to teach students how to create these delicious yummy looking deco-den and kawaii accessories! Very impressive… I have a hard time picking which design to show you from her blog ^^; I hope to visit her and her shop on my this trip to Tokyo!
