Terms & Conditions

By making a purchase in this Shop, you are deemed to have read, understood, accepted and be bound by all the terms and conditions of the Shop.

1. Products & Photography

Some cabochons are not entirely clean & flat at the back and have minor imperfections on the front. However, we perform QC of products and only acceptable items are shipped. Products received might not be the exact same color as the product photos shown on the site as different monitors have different resolutions and color capability.

Strictly no refunds are given for the above terms.

2. Worldwide Shipping

We ship to everywhere in the world! Check below for the shipping method used.

3. Package Lost in Transit

All international deliveries need to wait 4-22 working days for their packages to be delivered. Sometimes faster, sometimes slower depending on the country's customs and postal services. The transit timings are given by us by the postal services as an estimate. During peak season (eg. Christmas period), these estimates will definitely not be met. We can only attend to international orders which are not delivered after 5 weeks from shipped date. Please write in to us with your order number.

We will resend a new package if 5 weeks have passed. If you still do not receive your package after a second one is sent, we will make you a refund minus the shipping fees. In such cases, we apologize but we will no longer be able to do subsequent business with you.

4. Items Damaged during Transit

Please snap a photo of the damaged item(s) and send it together with your order number to info@sophieandtoffee.com, within 5 days of receipt.

5. Returned Packages

Registered Air Mail and Courier shipping methods all need a signature to accept the package. If no one is home to accept the package, the mailman should deposit a failed delivery note at your doorstep or mailbox. Please follow the instructions on the note to collect or arrange a re-delivery.

If your order is returned to us due to a banned/restricted products policy, a wrong address, refusal to pay customs fees, refusal to accept the order or because no one was there to accept delivery of your order, you will be refunded as follows: You will be refunded the total amount of the order, minus the shipping charge.

If you would like us to resend the order, you will need to pay for the postage fees again.

If the cost to return the product to us is larger than the cost of the refund due, we will instruct the carrier to abandon the order and there will be no credit for the order. If the product(s) is seized by customs, there will be no credit processed for the product(s).

If there are no response after a month, we will relist the items in the package and you will need to place a new order.

6. Rewards System

Sophie & Toffee reserves the rights to withdraw or forfeit any reward points when deem necessary. The decision is final.

7. Promotional Coupons

Coupons are strictly to be applied upon checkout. No exceptions can be given to add the coupon after the submission of order.

8. Cancellation of Orders

All orders are expedited once it is placed through our website, hence cancellation of orders are not allowed after payment is made. 

9. Refunds, Exchanges & Missing Items

Strictly no refunds, returns and exchanges of products, unless manufacturer defects and mistakes. Any missing items in the package can only be attend to within 5 days of receipt.

For missing items, please write in to us and we will determine if we can resend the item or whether refunds will be given.

Strictly no refunds or replacements for items purchased on SALE.

10. Destination Customs Taxes

We cannot be liable for your country's custom and import taxes. If your order is above the limit amount for your country, please be ready to pay taxes when your order arrives.
