I never received the package I bought, nor did I get the freebies bag. I asked for another one to be sent and mot a single word was sent. I also said that if they were not able to send another one, for them to send me a refund

I did not receive my package. I let them know that I did not receive it and they told me that it was delivered. If a costumer tells you they didn’t receive their package, you should one be able to reimburse them or two send them another one. They didn’t do anything for me and I couldn’t report my package missing. I wasted roughly $68 on my very first package for it not to arrive. Highly disappointed
