Our Sanrio subscription box is a Sanrio licensed, quarterly subscription box that comes with each story to tell. As a Sanrio fan, you get to reminisce and create your own favourite characters in each box. Each box is curated with a resin project theme and has everything you need to complete the project, including detailed video tutorials. Each box is limited edition, exclusive only to the Sanrio Box subscription and will not be available separately in store.

Yes. Each box includes resin to complete the projects one time. But you can get more resin if you want to make more! Instructions booklet will be provided in the box, as well as video tutorials.

Molds are exclusive to the Sanrio Box and will not be sold separately. Designs and product are licensed, copyrighted and manufactured by Sophie & Toffee. It will not be available anywhere else.

For the quarterly plan, a minimum of 2 orders are required for subscribers to enjoy the discounted savings. There is no minimum period for the annual prepay plan.

If you were to subscribe to the quarterly plan, your next box will be charged on an auto renewal every quarterly on the same date. While for the annual plan, your plan will auto renew every year on the same date, until you cancel the plan.

Yes! You will be able to postpone your next payment if your finances are tight for that quarter via your subscriber's portal. Alternatively, you may contact our CS team to assist you to arrange to postpone the next payment to the next month. You will still be on track to receive the full collection so long as you remained subscribed.

This box is available for shipping to Singapore addresses only. If you are located outside Singapore, feel free to reach out to our team and we will be happy to advise on available alternatives.

Our Sanrio Boxes will ship every quarterly in March, June, September, December, total of 4 boxes in a year, collect them all!
